HOW TO TOP UP PROPERLY?

I'M SURE YOU WANT TO KNOW HOW IT'S GOING TO BE

Any credit you top up can be used. 

The amount of the discount is always determined by the actual amount of credit you have topped up before you start booking.

The credit limits for the selected tariff are as follows

The minimum top-up amount is CZK 1,000

Tariff COMFORT 
The credit level after top-up must be CZK 1,000 - 2,999 
You will get 5% discount on minutes and 4% discount on packages

Tariff ACTIVE
the credit level after recharge must be 3 000 - 4 999 CZK 
get 12% discount on minutes and 8% discount on packages

Tariff BUSINESS
credit level after top-up must be 5 000 CZK or more 
you get 21% discount on minutes and 12% discount on packages

HOW TO TOP UP CORRECTLY

These discounts are valid until the credit is exhausted or until the next recharge, which may affect the tariff change, depending on the amount you recharge.

In the " Menu " under " My credit ", you select the amount you want to top up and use the payment gateway to top up the amount. 

Once you have credited the app, we will activate the appropriate discount. 

The credit is used to pay for the entire reservation.  

 

  • EXAMPLES
    Your current credit balance is CZK 0 and you top up CZK 5,000, you ride with a 21% discount on minutes and 12% on packages including the mileage rate.

 

  • Current credit balance is CZK 2,000 and you top up for CZK 3,000, final credit balance before the ride is CZK 5,000

you ride at a discount of 21% on minutes and 12% on packages including the price per km travelled.

 

  • The current credit balance is 35 CZK and you top up 500 CZK, the final credit balance before the ride is 535 CZK

you ride with a 5% discount per minute

 

I HAVE A PAID PLAN

If you already have a paid plan, you have 2 options 

1) Continue using CAR4WAY as you are used to

2) You want to switch to credit

In the " My Account " section, you can switch to the Basic tariff. By the end of the month, your existing terms will expire and you will top up your credit from the new month.

In the "My Credit" section you will top up your desired amount of credit and get the tariff according to the conditions above. 

 

The credit is only to be used as payment for individual bookings. 

Credits are non-refundable except in the event of termination of the contract and the liability will be settled within 30 working days. 

Terms and conditions are valid until 31 December 2023 and are subject to change throughout.
